Time to go shopping

Once those preparations are out of the way, it is time to find the right property for you.

Take a Drive.

Get to know the towns, neighborhoods, or subdivisions, which interest you. Drive around and get a feel for what it would be like to own a property in the area. Start getting a sense of the properties available in those areas.

Narrow Your Search.

We will tailor listings based on your criteria.  We will funnel all properties and pick the best to view, and will filter out the homes that will not work.

Most buyers look at approximately 10 properties and are then ready to make an offer.  At that time, if you have not found a home that meets your wants and needs, it is highly recommended that we sit down and review your criteria to be sure that we are still looking for the right house!

One you find the one that you love…it’s time to determine the market value of that property.  We will compare the home to others that have sold and from there we will help determine the market value.

Time to Buy.

Now is the exciting time!  When you are ready to write an offer, we will walk you through the contract and all of the associated disclosures.  It is important to write a fair offer and we will help you do that!
